Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase.
Unopened Products
- You may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Opened Products
- Opened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are
defective or damaged. - Please contact our customer service team at orders@mudonmaincoffee.com to report any defective products.
- We may request photos of the defective product before authorizing a return.
How to Return an Item
- Email orders@mudonmaincoffee.com with your order number and reason for
return. - 2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Package your return securely with the RAN clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store
credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Store credits will be applied to your account immediately after return processing.
Exceptions
- Coffee subscription orders follow specific terms outlined in the subscription
agreement. - Limited edition, seasonal products or product / merchandise marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
- Contact us at orders@mudonmaincoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We'll arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
